Wow, this week blew past for me. As a nice finishing touch to the week, I and several other international students went out to do Karaoke. It was a lot more fun and a lot less embarrassing than I thought it would be. For one thing, we sang mostly American songs... I'm the only American... Though hearing The Beatles sung by German girls, Prince sung by a French guy, and (may favorite) Eminem sung by a Swiss guy made it totally worth it. I went the safe route when it came to my turn and did a terrible rendition of "Bohemian Rhapsody". I can see where one might want to have a drink or two while doing this... I haven't made plans for the weekend yet, aside from sleeping in tomorrow. I hear Yokohama is a pretty cool place, and that Asakusa has some cool streets, but I think I'll play it by ear.
